Coco Chanel once said that before leaving the house, you should take one thing off. However, there are moments where we’ve all looked in the mirror and felt that we were in dire need of an accessory; one that doesn’t take away from the clothes we are wearing, but instead adds to the overall look.
Standing out doesn’t necessarily mean wearing piles upon piles of jewels, or attempting a controversial trend. Instead, bold yet crisp details can make you stand out in a way that still feels classic. The clean, geometric shapes of the new Crystalline collection provided me with that extra “oomph” that I felt my closet was missing.
The new Crystalline collection, Supremus, is a fresh take on timeless design. Inspired by abstract artist Kazmir Malevich, the collection is rooted in clean shapes, primary colors, and an indescribable whimsical essence. The combination of semi-precious stones, pearls, and man-made materials create a type of jewelry that is not only striking, but is also extremely versatile. The collection of earrings and brooches can be paired with a simple white t-shirt and jeans, or lend an air of intelligent elegance to your favorite little black dress.
From this season to next, the new Supremus lookbook will surely be a staple in my closet. What’s your favorite piece?
